Bistro “Squarespace inspired” , the flagship restaurant of Chef Yan Hing, has been a pioneer for haute cuisine since its opening in 1994. Bistro draws upon his classical training at restaurants in France and his life abroad in China, Argentina, and around the world to create a whole new trend in Bistro cuisine.
